Jeffrey Brumbaugh
Growing up in Hacienda Heights, CA, it was my own experience as a braces patient that inspired me to become an orthodontist. I know firsthand how orthodontic treatment can change lives by creating smiles that are healthy, bright and beautiful.
Being part of that process is a privilege and a joy for me. I refuse to settle for anything less than the best results for my patients and believe that individualized treatment and compassionate care are an essential part of any successful orthodontic journey.
Education & Continuing Education
After earning my Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from UCLA in 2011, and graduating with college honors, I moved south on campus to the UCLA School of Dentistry. Over the next four years, I was recognized for my excellent clinical skills on more than one occasion, including an induction into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national dental honor society.
I graduated in 2015 at the top of my class, earning my DDS degree with honors. Then, I went down the hall to the Section of Orthodontics. In 2018, I received my certificate in orthodontics, as well as a Master’s degree in Oral Biology.
I spent a total of 11 years at UCLA, including three graduations. I think it’s safe to say at this point that I’m a Bruin for life.
Outside the Office
Having spent my whole life in LA, I can't imagine living anywhere else. The weather is always sunny and warm, and there's so much to see and explore that it never gets old. Outside of the office, I love taking full advantage of everything the city has to offer.
I enjoy trying out new restaurants and cafes, working on personal bests in escape rooms, and finding hidden trails to hike. I'm also a movie buff, love playing board games, and can spend a whole Saturday browsing the endless aisles of Target.
